Karmi vs Ringbearer 6:0
The fact that Vastor posts this tells me what? Your cheez not cheezy enough Ringbearer, or were you out-cheezed?

Yes that was a nice last turn, but not sure I would have deserved the bigger win, thanks again Tomppa for feeding me dragon snacks, especially Gondring was tasty. :D

Simply Vastor was there when we finished and that eased things... also I made some crucial errors.

On the bright side, plants are proven strong :)

Plants are perhaps too strong, IMO.

Hi all,

well 2nd round is over, we have seen some tight games and some unexpected blow-outs (winks at Ringbearer) ;)

here are all 2nd round results and then the standings:

Kufel vs marcos 0:7

karmi vs Ringbearer 6:0

Adanedhel vs Tomppa 4:2

beorning vs b_took 4:2

qapla vs vastor 4:2

holger vs mo13 0:6

Standings 1st-last:

1st) marcos 14 TP
2nd) karmi 11 TP
3rd) Adanedhel 8 TP
4th) Kufel 7 TP
2 at 5th) Tomppa 6 TP - beorning 6 TP (1 win, 1 loss, both lost to Eric & both won over b_took)
6th) Ringbearer 6 TP (1 win (by a bye) 1 loss)
7th) mo13 6 TP (1 win, 1 loss due to not attending)
8th) Qapla 4 TP (1 win, 1 loss)
9th) b_took 4 TP (2 losses)
10th) Vastor 2 TP (2 losses)
11th) holger 1 TP (2 losses)

3rd round match-ups will be as follows (using x-aligment tie breaker)

marcos vs. karmi

Adanedhel vs. kufel

Tomppa vs mo13

Ringbearer vs beorning

qapla vs b_took

Vastor vs holger

Ringbearer is either playing Tomppa or beorning ( I will make GCCG pairing draw)
mo13 faces the other of the last 2

so do we want this to be a last round or would yu prefer to play another 4th round?

4 rounds is fine by me. (more time to recover my ego when I get dunked on by Kufel  )

4 rounds is fine by me too, actually I was prepared to play that many games, but as the old saying goes: I'd prefer whatever :o

I also agree on Bandobras about plants probably being too strong (against minions).

Ringbearer vs. beorning 0 - 6

It was a nice and very bloody game. CvCC from both sides. Thranduils Folk did a good job vs Ringbearers marauding orcs.

Qapla spanked me 5:1.

On the positive side, Buth stayed in play the entire game, but this was counterbalanced by Lugronk annihilating himself by rolling a 3 on a corruption check. It was downhill after that. :)

I haven't heard from mo13 since tuesday of last week, so it seems very unlikely that our game will be played.
