Looking for Strategy text from Challenge Deck rulebooks

I'm looking for the text in the back of each of the 10 Challenge Decks that gives an overview of the decks' strategy, starting characters, etc. Does anyone know if these are published anywhere?

I may have a few of these, I will have to check my stuff....if I do I will scan them and attach or email them. Does anyone else have any????
