Re: Middle-earth: The Necromancer

I'd be interested in both sets as well. Is there any news regarding pricing and when it they may be available, or are things still in the works?

Re: Dutch Test of Form Promo / Lure of Nature Promo

Test of Form, I recently picked one up for 50 Euro. There is one for sale at this same price here: http://www.councilofelrond.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=1319 I'd grab it as you'll never see it cheaper I would think (main reason I grabbed myself another one!) For Dutch Lure of Nature was simply a...

Re: Box and Pack Breakdowns

I haven't heard of anyone doing this. Given that the same printer did MECCG as MTG I'd assume it's possible...? Probably not enough sealed product around (well, at least that anyone wants to sacrifice for this) to do this now though.

Re: What are each of the MECCG complete sets really worth?

They're worth exactly what someone is willing to pay. 8) You'll see a range of prices on some sites (Ebay included). I've seem limited English METW go for $150-$250. It's a bit luck, plus a bit how the set is presented and described. Usually, sets described with "cards unplayed, straight from packs ...

Re: Japanese Fury of the Iron Crown

I not really sure if I would think that any came through the U.S.A. from ICE? What probably happened is like what happened with me- I got two copies from Akira, but a couple of years later Patrick Karcher convinced me to trade him a copy so that he could in turn trade it to a fellow MECCG collector ...

Re: Gimme a Dutch Fatty

Sadly, this card along with the Japanese Fury of the Iron Crown and Japanese Black Arrow are the top three for rarity from what I have seen. I'm sure there is some Dutch collector out there with a bunch of these, however I've yet to be able to find him (or her)!

Hello! My name is Ted Badiuk and I have been involved in collecting and trading MECCG with fellow collectors around the world for the better part of 13 years. In fact, I still remember getting a copy of The One Ring in the box of limited boosters that I pre-ordered in 1995! :) It's funny how fast ti...

Are non-english cards OK? For example, I have lots of:

- French Dragons C/U
- Italian METW C/U
- Complete Japanese UL set of common/uncommon + 3/5 fixed
- Two complete Spanish METW limited c/u/f sets
- plus more...

For English...I don't know anymore what I even have!

I'd be willing to moderate a trade forum. I usually lurk on here quite a bit now-a-days anyway.
